Getting started

Getting started is quick and easy.

TRADE BUYER (free subscription) is available through participating showrooms.  It provides all the basic tools needed to research products, request quotes and manage orders with the showroom online.

• TRADE PROFESSIONAL subscription (Available in 2024) offers all the tools necessary to fully manage your design trade business.

Complete your BUSINESS PROFILE and profile settings

Upload TAX EXEMPT certificate if you wish to receive tax exempt status from vendors

Add your STAFF so that they can also communicate with showrooms and follow up on orders.  Note: when you add a staff member to your account, they can go to login screen and request a new password.  Once they set their password, they can login.

Complete Business Profile

A completed company profile will include a brief description of your company, contact information, your trade credentials, and your staff.  You can update individual sections or all sections though the MANAGE BUSINESS PROFILE button.
