Assign staff to client accounts? Everyone assigned to a client account receives notifications on all orders + quotes related to these clients. This makes it easier for colleagues to help out on clients when a staff member is out of the office. If staff member is assigned as Admin, they have access to all clients.
What is visibility to client option? Select YES to visibility if staff contact details should be visible to clients. Select no if staff does not need to be visible to clients but will be visible to colleagues.
Why assign administrator status to staff member? Enables staff to make edits to the business profile, add images to gallery, create promotions and messaging, and create new staff members. They also have access to all client activity.
Staff sign in Once you set up a new staff member, just direct them to the login page and have them login with the email address you set up for them. For first time login, they will need to request a password reset. A link will be sent to their email address. This will connect them to a password reset screen.
