MESSAGING
Collaborate with the client on specification changes, approvals, etc through Messaging - located at the bottom of each quote and order. Message on order or attach a file and drawing. Clients respond directly and all messages are saved with the quote or order.
Message with Vendor on Order as well.
Messaging between colleagues is captured under Internal Notes. Every time a quote or order is 'sent' to Client, a pdf copy is saved under Internal Notes as well.
