CLIENT DASHBOARD
CLIENT PROFILE
Create new Client Accounts. If a client is already registered on Showroom Squared, then their profile details will already exist and will display as soon as the profile is created.
Client Profiles have two tabs:
Client Profile
- Clients manage their own profile details, add tax exemption information and staff profiles. If a client has not yet taken on their own profile, the showroom can update this information and add client contacts to the profile.
Client Account
- Client account details are visible only to the showroom. The client has no access to this page.
- Assign staff to the account and each of these staff members will receive notifications of updates to quotes + orders.
- Add showroom notes.
- Add tax exempt details if client has not done so on their profile.
CREATE NEW CLIENT
- Go to CREATE NEW and select CLIENT to create a new client
UPLOAD CLIENT FILE
- Go to CLIENT DASHBOARD. Select UPLOAD CLIENTS to upload an existing client file
PRIMARY CONTACT
- Client account displays a PRIMARY CONTACT for each client account - owner or manager of design firm.
TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES
- Tax exempt details display on profile.
CLIENT STATUS
- Go to your MANAGE BUSINESS PROFILE popup to create as many statuses as you require to help organize your clients.
TRADE CLIENT STATUS
- Go to MANAGE CLIENT PROFILE popup and select TRADE status for trade accounts. Only trade accounts will see trade pricing.
REQUEST ONLINE CLIENT ACCOUNT
- Clients request an online account from your profile page or a product page.
- Online clients will see an online account checkmark when they view your catalogs and products on your business profile.
- You will receive an email notification of the request and also find the request on the Client Dashboard. Review and respond to them from the client dashboard. Tax exempt details are included in the application process.
